Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment details are submitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy. HomeIQ receives only limited information such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card.

Uploaded inspection reports are stored in our secure cloud backend with access restricted to authorized personnel and automated systems necessary to deliver the Service. Reports are processed using AI models to generate your dashboard.
