Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Before Processing

You are entitled to a full refund if HomeIQ has not yet started processing your uploaded inspection report.

2. No Refund After Delivery

Once your HomeIQ dashboard has been delivered, the order is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@myhomeiqapp.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order reference number. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

4. Payment Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
